Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 16, 2023, Mr. John W. Dorbin, Jr., who has served as the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Arcimoto, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to resign from his position, effective October 19, 2023. Mr. Dorbin’s resignation from the Company is not due to any disagreement with the Company or any matter relating to any of the Company's operations, policies or practices.
