2023 Dividend Tax Allocations

ARMOUR's Series C Preferred Stock (ARR-PRC) dividends for 2023 are 100.00% fully taxable ordinary income. ARMOUR's common stock (ARR) dividends for 2023 are 52.54% taxable ordinary income and 47.46% non-taxable return of capital. ARMOUR has elected to be taxed as a real estate investment trust ("REIT") for U.S. Federal income tax purposes. In order to maintain this tax status, ARMOUR is required to timely distribute substantially all of its ordinary REIT taxable income.
