On September 3, 2025, Asana, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended July 31, 2025 and updated guidance for the third quarter and full fiscal year 2026. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
