On September 1, 2023, Aspen Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) received a notification from Robert E. Beauchamp of his resignation from his positions as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board, effective September 2, 2023. Mr. Beauchamp stated that his resignation is for personal reasons and not because of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
