Explanation of Responses:

1. Withholding of shares to pay the tax liability associated with vesting of restricted shares.

2. Grant of restricted shares under the OraSure Technologies, Inc. Stock Award Plan, which shall vest in full upon the earlier of (i) May 14, 2025, or (ii) immediately prior to the commencement of the Company's 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Vesting shall cease immediately if the named individual voluntarily ceases to serve as a member of the Board of Directors.
