On July 28, 2022, the Board of Directors of Astec Industries, Inc. (the "Company") declared a quarterly cash dividend of twelve cents ($0.12) per share of the Company’s common stock to be paid on or about August 29, 2022, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 12, 2022.
