Item 8.01.

Other Events.

On June 15, 2021, Greenwood Credit Union, our lender for the loan we received on May 6, 2020 (the “PPP Loan”) pursuant to the Payroll Protection Loan Program administered by the Small Business Administration (the “SBA”), notified us that the SBA approved our application for forgiveness of the entire $4.4 million principal balance of our PPP Loan and all accrued interest thereon.
