Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 18, 2025, Sasan Goodarzi and Richard P. Wong each notified Atlassian Corporation (the “Company”) of their respective decisions to retire as a director of the Company, each effective as of January 1, 2026. Neither of their decisions to retire were the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices. The Board of Directors of the Company and the Company are deeply grateful for their dedication and contributions to the Company during Sasan Goodarzi’s seven-year tenure as a director and Richard P. Wong’s fifteen-year tenure as director.
