Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On August 19, 2021, Anthony Bartolo stepped down from his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer of Avaya Holdings Corp. (the “Company”). Mr. Bartolo will support the transition of his responsibilities to other members of the senior management team and depart the Company on September 30, 2021. Mr. Bartolo will be eligible to receive benefits as described in the Compensation Discussion & Analysis (“CD&A”) in the Company’s Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 19, 2021.
