Resignation of Heung Ming (Henry) Wong

On November 25, 2024, Heung Ming (Henry) Wong, an independent director of the board of directors (the “Board”) of BAIYU Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to resign as a director of the Board of the Company, effective November 25, 2024. Mr. Wong cited the demands on his time as the reason to resign.
