On November 10, 2025, Bakkt Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) held its conference call and webcast (the “Earnings Call”) with respect to its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the script of the Earnings Call and the related presentation are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are hereby incorporated by reference.
