Ballantyne Strong, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release on November 8, 2022, with earnings information for the Company’s fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2022. The press release is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Current Report”) as Exhibit 99.1.
