BancFirst Corporation Announces Chief Financial Officer's Intent to Resign in 2024

On November 16, 2023, Kevin Lawrence, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, informed the Board of Directors of his intent to resign from his position with the Company to pursue other career interests. The exact time of his resignation has not been determined, but it will most likely be in the second quarter of 2024. The Company has begun a search for Mr. Lawrence’s successor.
