Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On November 2, 2023, Bank First Corporation (the “Company”) announced that its Chief Operating Officer, Joan Woldt, has departed from her position at the Company and its wholly owned banking subsidiary, Bank First, N.A. Her last day of employment is December 31, 2023.
