Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On January 27, 2025, Bank First Corporation (the “Company”) announced that its Senior Vice President of Operations, Kristeen Pelot, has resigned from her position at the Company and its wholly owned banking subsidiary, Bank First, N.A. Her last day of employment is April 30, 2025.
