Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On January 29, 2024, Battalion Oil Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release which provides financial and operating updates and provides an update on the previously announced merger transaction with Fury Resources, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Fury”). The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report
