Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On July 21, 2026, Syvia L. Magid notified the Boards of Directors of BayCom Corp (the “Company”) and its wholly owned subsidiary, United Business Bank (the “Bank”), of her decision to resign as a director of the Company and the Bank, effective July 22, 2026. The decision by Ms. Magid to resign was not a result of any disagreement with the Boards or the Company's or the Bank’s management.
