SEAL OTC began rolling out to Exchange locations on August 10, 2026, and is currently available in-store at select locations across the U.S. and internationally. Among the U.S. locations carrying SEAL are major installations including Fort Bragg in North Carolina, Fort Campbell in Kentucky and Fort Hood in Texas, with overseas availability including Exchange locations in Okinawa, Japan.

The retail launch builds on BC3 Technologies’ relationship with the Exchange and its existing distribution relationship with Acme United Corporation (NYSE:ACU), a leading distributor of SEAL to industrial, government, and educational customers. After BC3 introduced SEAL to the Exchange, the organizations worked together to leverage the existing Acme United/First Aid Only® distribution relationship to fulfill the retail rollout.
