On November 8, 2022, Beyond Air, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its earnings for the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2023. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On November 10, 2022, the Company issued a press release (the “Press Release”) highlighting Beyond Cancer’s Presentation of Promising New In Vivo Data Showing Ultra-High Concentration Nitric Oxide Therapy (UNO) in Combination with Anti-PD-1 During the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) 2022 Annual Meeting.
