Other Events.

On September 12, 2022, Bill.com Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Loren Padelford as its Chief Commercial Officer, effective immediately. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. Upon Mr. Padelford’s appointment as Chief Commercial Officer, Blake Murray, the Company’s Chief Revenue Officer, will transition into a new role of Advisor to Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
