On August 8, 2024, Biohaven Ltd. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024. A copy of this press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
