On July 14, 2022, Biotricity, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the fiscal 2022 fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2022. The full text of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
