On December 17, 2021, the Board of Directors of BK Technologies Corporation (the “Company”) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share of the Company’s common stock, payable on January 24, 2022, to stockholders of record of the Company’s common stock as of the close of business on January 10, 2022.

The press release announcing the quarterly cash dividend is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
