(NYSE:BKH) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend on the common stock at a meeting held April 22, 2025. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on May 16, 2025, will receive $0.676 per share, payable June 1, 2025.
The company also confirms that it will release its 2025 first quarter earnings after the market closes Wednesday, May 7, 2025, and will host a live conference call and webcast at 11 a.m. EDT on Thursday, May 8, 2025, to discuss the company's financial results.
