Over the past 30 days, Blue Gold has executed non-binding term sheets with a number of independent mining companies to acquire all, or substantially all, of their operating businesses.

Each of the proposed acquisitions represents an established operating mining business with existing or historic production, experienced operating teams and the prospect of near-term positive cash flow. The Company believes completion of any one of these transactions has the potential to materially increase Blue Gold's operating scale, generate near-term operating profit sufficient to substantially cover corporate overhead and provide a platform for continued organic and acquisition-driven growth.

The Company believes this strategy will reduce reliance on any single asset or jurisdiction while creating multiple avenues for growth. Blue Gold continues to actively pursue its claim for compensation from the Government of Ghana, which management views as an important and complementary component of its broader strategy to maximize long-term shareholder value.
