Other Events.

On May 8, 2023, Blue Ridge Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”), the parent holding company of Blue Ridge Bank, National Association (the “Bank”), issued a press release announcing that G. William Beale has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, effective May 7, 2023. Mr. Beale succeeds Brian K. Plum, who will continue as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
