Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosures
On November 12, 2025, the Board of Directors of BorgWarner Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share of the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2025 to stockholders of record on December 1, 2025.
On November 13, 2025, the Company issued the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.
