Adds Double Decker Lanes in Sonoma County to West Coast Presence

Bowlero Corp., (NYSE:BOWL) the global leader in bowling entertainment, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Double Decker Lanes. This is the Company's 16^th completed acquisition in calendar year 2022.

Double Decker Lanes located in Rohnert Park, in Sonoma County, is a 50-lane bowling center featuring a full-service lounge, sports bar, a banquet room for private events, arcade games, billiards, and an elite pro shop.
