(NASDAQ:BBIO) ("BridgeBio"), a commercial-stage, multi-product biopharmaceutical company focused on developing medicines for genetic conditions, announced today the pricing of a secondary offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock by the selling stockholder KKR Genetic Disorder L.P. The Company is not selling any shares and will not receive any of the proceeds of the offering. The offering is expected to close on August 17, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

William Blair, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and KKR Capital Markets LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
