BrightSpire Capital, Inc. (NYSE:BRSP) ("BrightSpire Capital" or the "Company") today announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2022, and certain updates. The Company reported fourth quarter 2022 GAAP net income attributable to common stockholders of $4.2 million, or $0.03 per share, Distributable Earnings of $34.2 million, or $0.27 per share, and Adjusted Distributable Earnings of $35.0 million, or $0.27 per share. For the full year 2022, the Company reported GAAP net income attributable to common stockholders of $45.8 million, or $0.34 per share, Distributable Earnings of $69.7 million, or $0.53 per share, and Adjusted Distributable Earnings of $127.5 million, or $0.98 per share. The Company reported GAAP net book value of $10.77 per share and undepreciated book value of $12.06 per share as of December 31, 2022.

Dividend Announcement

On December 14, 2022, the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share to holders of Class A common stock for the fourth quarter of 2022, which was paid on January 17, 2023, to common stockholders of record on December 31, 2022.

Previously, on September 15, 2022, the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share to holders of Class A common stock for the third quarter of 2022, which was paid on October 14, 2022, to common stockholders of record on September 30, 2022.
