Item 8.01 Other Information

Our share buyback program adopted in 2019 expires on September 30, 2021. In September 2021, our board approved, effective from October 1, 2021 through December 31, 2023, a $5 million share buyback program. The program is intended to be implemented through purchases made from time-to-time in the open market or through private transactions.
