Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On July 27, 2023, Byline Bancorp, Inc., (“Byline" or the "Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On July 27, 2023, the Company made available on its website a slide presentation regarding the Company’s second quarter 2023 financial results, which will be used as part of a publicly accessible conference call on July 28, 2023. A copy of the slide presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
