Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On July 22, 2021, Cadence Bancorporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

The Company is conducting an earnings conference call and webcast on July 22, 2021 at 7:30 a.m. CT / 8:30 a.m. ET to discuss its second quarter 2021 financial results. The press release contains information about how to access the webcast. A copy of the presentation slides to be used during the earnings conference call, which contain supplemental information relating to the Company, is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
