Cadre Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:CDRE) ("Cadre" or "the Company"), a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of safety equipment and other related products for the law enforcement, first responder, military and nuclear markets, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.40 per share on an annualized basis. Cadre's dividend payment will be made on August 14, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on the record date of July 31, 2026. The declaration of any future dividend is subject to the discretion of the Company's Board of Directors.
