On December 20, 2022, CalAmp Corp. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended November 30, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein.

A conference call with simultaneous webcast to discuss the financial results for the third quarter ended November 30, 2022 will be held today, December 20, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time. After the live webcast of the conference call, an audio replay will remain available until December 27, 2022 in the Investor Relations section of CalAmp's website at www.calamp.com.
