On May 17, 2023, Dr. Jeffrey S. Balmer notified Callon Petroleum Company (the “Company”) of his decision to retire as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. To facilitate an orderly transition, Dr. Balmer intends to remain at the Company and continue to serve in his current role until a successor is appointed by the board of directors of the Company.
