D. Keith Oden has notified Camden Property Trust (the “Company”) he is retiring as Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Trust Managers of the Company effective as of August 31, 2026. Mr. Oden will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Trust Managers of the Company.
