Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 28, 2025, CDW Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Sona Chawla will retire as Chief Growth and Innovation Officer and Executive Vice President of the Company effective December 31, 2025. Ms. Chawla will be available on a consulting basis until April 9, 2026 to assist with the transition of her responsibilities.
