Mandeep Chawla named to newly created role of Group President, Global Markets;

Todd Ankenmann appointed to Chief Financial Officer

((NYSE, TSX:CLS), a global leader in data center infrastructure and advanced technology solutions, today announced executive leadership appointments to align with the company’s strong growth trajectory and position the business for sustainable, multi-year growth. Effective October 1, 2026, Mandeep Chawla will assume the newly created role of Group President, Global Markets, and Todd Ankenmann will succeed him as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

In the new role of Group President, Global Markets, Chawla will oversee the company's overarching commercial execution and global market expansion. This structure is designed to drive operational velocity, scale the business effectively and capture accelerating demand across Celestica’s end markets.

Chawla has served as Celestica's CFO since 2017, playing a critical role in driving the company's financial health, strategic transformation, and long-term performance. Prior to joining Celestica in 2010, Chawla spent nearly a decade at General Electric (GE), followed by senior leadership roles across the engineering and life sciences sectors.
