Regulation FD Disclosure.

As previously disclosed, Celestica Inc. (the "Company") will hold a conference call on January 30, 2025 regarding its financial results for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2024. On January 29, 2025, the Company posted an earnings presentation on its website to be used in connection with the related conference call. A copy of the earnings presentation is included in this Report as Exhibit 99.1.
