1. Reflects transactions solely to cover Trump Media & Technology Group Corp.'s (the "Issuer") withholding payments to applicable taxing authorities. No cash proceeds were received by the Reporting Person in connection with the disposition of securities disclosed in this row.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares disposed of at each separate price within the range set forth in footnotes (3)-(5) to this Form 4.
