Explanation of Responses:

1. These common units represent restricted units issued under the Company's 2007 Equity Incentive Plan and are subject to risk of forfeiture. The common units vest ratably over a three-year period, one-third per year on January 1, 2026, January 1, 2027, and January 1, 2028, provided the reporting person remains employed by the Company.

2. These common shares represent the vesting of performance-based units granted on January 1, 2022 under the 2007 Equity Incentive Plan of the Company.

3. The stock options vest ratably over a three-year period, one-third per year on each of the first three anniversaries of the grant date, provided the reporting person remains employed by the Company.
