Includes: 9,608 shares of unvested restricted stock which vests over four equal annual installments, with one remaining, which began on July 1, 2024, 9,120 shares of unvested restricted stock which vests over four equal annual installments, with two remaining, which began on July 1, 2025, and 19,380 shares of unvested restricted stock which vests over four equal annual installments, with three remaining, which began on July 1, 2026. All unvested restricted stock is subject to the reporting person's continued service to the Issuer throughout the applicable vesting dates.
