Chegg, Inc. (NYSE:CHGG), a global learning and workforce skilling company, today announced that it has repaid, at maturity, the remaining $33.9 million aggregate principal amount of its 0% convertible senior notes due on September 1, 2026 (the "2026 Notes"). With this repayment, the 2026 Notes have been fully retired, and Chegg has no outstanding debt.

As of June 30, 2026, Chegg had $72 million in cash, cash equivalents, and investments. After giving pro forma effect to the repayment of the 2026 Notes, cash, cash equivalents, and investments would have been approximately $38 million.
