Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 21, 2023, John Fillmore notified Chegg, Inc. (the “Company”) that he plans to resign from his position as President, Chegg Skills. Mr. Fillmore will step down from his position, effective May 12, 2023, and thereafter will remain an employee of the Company as an advisor to the CEO during a transition period expected to conclude in August 2023.
