Explanation of Responses:

1. This transaction was effected pursuant to a durable automatic sale instruction plan adopted by the reporting person on May 27, 2021, and represents a broker-assisted sale of shares to satisfy the payment of withholding tax liability incurred upon the vesting of restricted stock units. The sale does not represent a discretionary trade by the reporting person.

2. Represents the weighted average sale price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $6.12 to $6.31, inclusive. The reporting person will provide upon request by the Securities and Exchange Commission staff, the issuer, or a security holder of the issuer, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.
