1. Represents the vesting and settlement of restricted stock units ("RSUs"), which convert into common stock on a one-for-one basis.

2. Represents the withholding of shares for tax purposes.

3. The RSUs were granted to the reporting person under the Warrior Met Coal, Inc. 2017 Equity Incentive Plan, and vest in equal installments on each of the first three anniversaries of February 17, 2022, the date of grant.

4. The RSUs were granted to the reporting person under the Warrior Met Coal, Inc. 2017 Equity Incentive Plan, and vest in equal installments on each of the first three anniversaries of February 8, 2023, the date of grant.

5. The RSUs were granted to the reporting person under the Warrior Met Coal, Inc. 2017 Equity Incentive Plan, and vest in equal installments on each of the first three anniversaries of February 8, 2024, the date of grant.

6. The RSUs were granted to the reporting person under the Warrior Met Coal, Inc. 2017 Equity Incentive Plan, and vest in equal installments on each of the first three anniversaries of February 10, 2025, the date of grant.
