Explanation of Responses:

1. This sale was effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 sales plan adopted by the Reporting Person on August 15, 2025 and the proceeds are intended to be used to satisfy tax withholding obligations in connection with the vesting of the underlying equity awards.

2. The price in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $16.2350 to $16.260, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range set forth in Footnote 2 to this Form 4.
