Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents the issuance of (i) 11,977 shares of common stock of the issuer earned pursuant to the performance-based restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted to the reporting person on February 17, 2022, (ii) 10,368 shares of common stock of the issuer earned pursuant to the performance-based RSUs granted to the reporting person on February 8, 2023, and (iii) 6,748 shares of common stock of the issuer earned pursuant to the performance-based RSUs granted to the reporting person on February 8, 2024, each based on the issuer's performance during the performance period from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. This transaction is exempt from Section 16(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 pursuant to Rule 16b-3(d) thereunder.
