Explanation of Responses:

1. This transaction is being reported late due to inadvertent administrative oversight.

2. Represents restricted share units (the "RSUs"). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one Class A ordinary share of the Issuer upon settlement. 1/3rd of the RSUs fully vested on June 26, 2026, and the remaining RSUs will vest in equal installments on February 16, 2027 and February 15, 2028, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service with the Issuer through each such vesting date.
